These Terms govern your use of CitedAudit (citedaudit.com), provided by Outlaw Holdings LLC. By using the service or purchasing, you agree to them.
CitedAudit provides AI-search visibility audits and remediation guidance (measuring and improving how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini cite a brand). Reports and fixes identify issues and provide guidance to reduce risk and improve conformance. They are informational, not legal advice, and do not guarantee compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any law, or immunity from litigation or any specific outcome. Automated testing detects a subset of issues; independent review is recommended.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged via Stripe. One-time services are billed once; subscriptions renew on the stated interval until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts shown.
Because reports and remediation work are delivered digitally and prepared for your specific site, sales are generally final once work has been delivered. If you believe there is an error, contact us at hello@citedaudit.com within 14 days and we will review it in good faith. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals.
You must own or be authorized to request analysis of the website(s) you submit. Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
We retain rights to the service and our materials; you retain rights to your content. You receive a license to use the deliverables for your own business.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlaw Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
