Outlaw Holdings LLC ("we", "us") operates CitedAudit (citedaudit.com), which provides AI-search visibility audits and remediation guidance (measuring and improving how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini cite a brand). Information we collect

Account & contact data you provide: name, email, business name, phone, and the website URL(s) you submit for analysis.
Payment data: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details (e.g., last four digits, status).
Website scan data: publicly available content of the URL(s) you submit, collected to produce your report.
Usage & technical data: IP address, browser, and interactions, via standard logs and analytics.

How we use it

To deliver the service (run scans/audits, generate and send reports, provide support).
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To improve the service and communicate with you about your orders.

How we share it

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email and hosting providers, and the AI/analysis providers used to generate reports), each bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
